Position Summary
Reporting to the Gift Administration Manager (Manager), the Senior Gift Administration Analyst (Analyst) is responsible for gift administration and processing needs for the Philanthropy department. The Analyst is an individual contributor and provides the full scope of functions for gift administration needs. The majority of this work includes processing routine gift data files from a caging service and online donation systems and processing complex gifts routed primarily from major gift fundraisers. Additionally, this individual may perform gift adjustments and corrections, as needed.
This individual will be responsible for reconciliation with Finance, participate in training fundraising and administrative staff in gift administration procedures and policies, and contribute to gift documentation for gift administration. The Analyst will ensure proper gift acceptance, processing, and recording in accordance with Trust for Public Land’s policies and IRS regulations is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
● Nonprofit gift processing and administration knowledge and capabilities are required;
● Capable of becoming familiar with and understanding a plethora of Finance and Philanthropy codes and being able to reference and apply them proficiently in gift processing and data entry;
● Excellent organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills;
● Excellent attention to detail;
● Skilled at working on deadlines constructively;
● Capable of working proficiently both independently and as part of a team;
● Pre-hire proficiency required in Microsoft Windows, Office (particularly Excel), and Google Workspace;
● Proficiency required, with post-hire training as needed, in ClearView CRM, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Microsoft Applications including Teams and SharePoint,, and Slack.
Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years gift processing experience at a nonprofit fundraising organization or similar data processing experience.
● Comfortable working in a remote work environment.

Compensation
As a full-time non-exempt employee, you will be eligible for Trust for Public Land’s
comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, three weeks of vacation annually plus 17 holidays, and a 403(b) retirement plan, currently with a 7% company matching. We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience; the range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
